28 day Express Rabbit Protocol

Preimmune bleed (3-4ml serum) is taken prior to immunizations. ImmAccel and MAD adjuvants are used with every injection in addition to the Freund’s adjuvants. The protocol includes 3 immunizations, 2 immune bleeds: 15-20ml and 45-55ml serum. The rabbit(s) is sacrificed at the last bleed. For this protocol we require per rabbit 1.5mg of your antigen (unconjugated peptide or protein) for the best results.
